Groove Shoes

Groove Shoes grew out of the musical association of Sam French (drums), Michael Gleason (guitars) and Zach Holmes (guitars), three soulful musicians that dug deep into the soul jazz and funk genres. With the help of a band of funk gypsies from the deep reaches of outer space, and a songbook full of innovators ranging from Thelonious Monk to Grant Green, not to mention well crafted originals, this band offers incredibly energetic and grinding music that never fails to leave your dance quota satisfied for some time to come.
